Recognizing Excellence: Our 2025 Shining Stars Celebration

At J.C. Hart, we believe that "home" is about more than just a beautiful apartment—it’s about the people who work every day to make your living experience exceptional. In early March, our team gathered at the Ritz Charles in Carmel for our Annual Shining Stars celebration.

This afternoon event gave us a chance to step away from our daily tasks, reconnect with teammates, and honor the Associates who went above and beyond for our Residents and our communities throughout 2025.

Celebrating Decades of Service

A standout moment of the afternoon was recognizing two individuals who have been part of the J.C. Hart family for 20 years. We were proud to present Rex King and Dave Draper from our construction team with the Rowland I. Whiteley Distinguished Service Award. Having teammates with two decades of experience and dedication is a rare achievement, and we are grateful for their long-term commitment to building the places our Residents call home.

Living Our Core Values

Our highest honor of the year, the Award of Excellence, was presented to Kalie Karle. Kalie truly embodied our Core Values—Passion, Integrity, Development, Innovation, and Teamwork—throughout 2025, leading with both heart and excellence in everything she did.
