Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, StoneBridge and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
