What is your pet policy? StoneBridge would love to have your pets at our Indianapolis apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets. Do you let Residents pay their rent online? Yes! To log into our current Resident portal where you can pay your rent or submit a maintenance request, view our Resident Information page. What school district is StoneBridge in? StoneBridge is served by Perry Township Schools, which includes Homecroft Elementary, Southport Middle School, and Southport High School. Can Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice. Does StoneBridge require a credit check? Yes, StoneBridge and all other J.C. Hart living communities necessitate a credit check to be run during the application process. Do you charge an application fee? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we are currently unable to offer any special discounts. Does StoneBridge offer income-based housing?
